Our Philosophy

It's all about the kids and we want to provide them an opportunity to play at the very highest level, but we feel there is a way to get there that involves Character building. Our team will emphasize character, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun, while providing the highest level of softball training. We want to be extremely competitive and win, and we do, but it will also be about the journey and lessons learned for the kids. Hornet players receive top level training, work hard, excel, and enjoy the ride. We teach college level ASA softball with a fun twist !'

Our Team

The Hornets play ASA, NSA and Pony tournaments in the fall, spring and summer. We provide weekly winter training from January to April. Our goal in the winter is to prepare each player to be in a position to be a starter on their high school varsity team in the spring. Winter training sessions include weekly pitching and catching clinics, fielding fundamentals and hitting drills.Guest high school and college coaches are hired by the team to conduct winter clinics.

The Hornets have light practices during the high school season and begin our season after the high school softball season is completed. The team will play in 5 to 7 summer tournaments. Most tournaments are no more than a one hour drive from the greater Manchester area. Our teams usually plays in one "travel" tournament per year.
